Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns or exchanges at this moment. 

Custom orders and sale items are FINAL SALE.

If you have received  an item that is not what you order, then please contact us immediately. 

Damaged jewelry pieces can be replaced ONLY if customer contacts us by email or message with product defects and includes photos once item has been reviewed by customer.
