Returns & Refunds
Due to most of our items being handmade & made when orders are placed, PURCHASE OF ITEMS ARE FINAL.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes our items on Sale.
When a customer has received an order and there's a problem with the order, YOU (the customer) have 7 days from the order being received to contact us in case of any issues.
If there are any issues with your item like a defect or a mistake on our part please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can handle the issue correctly.
If an item needs to be shipped back, the customer is liable for the return fee unless there was a mistake made on our side, then we will cover the return fee.
Lost & Stolen Packages
We (Forth Unit) are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package is dropped off at USPS, it is unfortunately out of our control. If any packages do happen to be lost/stolen it is the customer's responsibility to contact & or open a claim with the post office. It may happen that packages have been marked as delivered but are not there, our suggestion is to wait a few days as the post office does tend to scan items prior.
